Music Ministry
Singers and musicians are invited to share their special gifts with our Catholic Community of St. Rose and The Mission of the Good Shepherd. Singers need to have a good sense of pitch and rhythm and are needed in all voice ranges. Musicians should be able read using chord charts, as well as have a good sense of rhythm, pitch and the ability to improvise.
Singers and Musicians need to attend weekly 90-minute rehearsals, arrive a half-hour before Mass begins and to stay for about 15 minutes after Mass to assist in cleaning up. In addition to Sunday worship, there are Holy Days at which Music Ministers are expected to participate and rehearsals leading up to these Holy Days they are expected to attend.
