When a person is ill, when a mother is blessed with a baby, when someone could use some comfort, or when children participate in their first Reconciliation, the members of the Prayer Shawl Makers provide a gift of a handcrafted prayer shawl made with love. Each shawl is prayed over for the well-being and comfort of the recipient.
Members meet Wednesday mornings between 9:30am and 11:00am to crochet or knit, for conversation and to share their gifts. If you would like to give someone a prayer shawl or can crochet or knit, we welcome you to participate in this ministry.
